Description:
As a local Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R) agency, we understand the importance of quality early learning experiences for all children and their families, as well as the critical role quality childcare plays in helping to boost the region’s economy.
We train and develop early childhood professionals and educate families and employers to increase their awareness of early childhood education resources. We also help professionals earn their Child Development Associate (CDA) credential.
EC LEARN is proud that the work we do has a lifelong impact on the children, families, and early childhood professionals we serve as well as the future of the entire Northern Kentucky region.

Enhanced Child Care Referrals
Families in Northern Kentucky need access to quality child care programs in order to seek and maintain employment.
EC Learn is here to:
Provide enhanced child care referrals with a focus on helping families find and select quality rated care.
Collect information including residential and employment locations, commutes, special needs, work hours, and financial considerations to identify the best child care provider referral.
Connect families to child care providers who have openings and may meet their specific needs.
Provide educational materials to gain knowledge and awareness of child development and early quality experiences.
Child Development Associate (CDA) Preparation Program
We support all early childhood professionals in a variety of settings - child care, public and private preschools, family child care, early head start and head start.
EC Learn is here to:
Offer workshops that inspire all early childhood professionals on a variety of relevant and current topics.
Provide coaching to enhjance best practices in early childhood education and implementing new information gained through professional development.
Offer a comprehensive Child Development Associate (CDA) preparation program.
Connect early childhood professionals to available resources.
