Weekly KCC Operations Updates
At the beginning of the week, every week, a KCC Operations update is sent to the NKADD.
The First Impressions & Marketing Specialist is responsible for contributing the following:

Operational Metrics: In-the-Door
Outreach, Marketing, and Social Media numbers
Let’s get into those, and how to get the information you need for each.
KCC Events
While Courtney/the Operator is usually pretty good about filling out this section, you should also keep in the know about upcoming events for both staff and the public.
On that note, make sure you keep the staff events blog and public events calendar updated!
Customer Service & First Impressions
What did you train the front desk team on/advise the front desk team on in the last week?
Are there any updates on volunteers/trainees that are leaving or starting?
Any other relevant customer service/operational front desk/resource room updates.
Operational Metrics: In-the-Door
You’ll use the Covington Sign-in Data and the KCC Sign-in Data sheets to grab these numbers.
Easy way to do this:
Copy the blue monthly data table for the location and month of the week you want the data from.
Paste it beneath the green Scheduled Partner Appointment Breakdown table.
Select the formula cells under Count and Veterans. We’re going to change the date of the formulas for these cells, the same way we did when we set up the table.
Let’s say, in the example to the left, we’ve copied the January monthly table. The formula automatically has the dates of 2025,1,1 and 2025,2,1.
If we’re trying to find the numbers for just the week of 1/6/2025, we would find/replace all in the selection the first date in the table (in this case: 2025,1,1) with the beginning of the week you want to track (2025,1,6). We’d then find/replace all of the 2nd date (so we’d replace 2025,2,1 with the end of that week we want to track, 2025,1,10).
Make sure you click under ‘Search options’ and only find/replace all in the selection.

Click on your profile picture in the right hand corner to bring the dropdown menu.
Under ‘Manage’ click ‘Northern Kentucky Career Center’
On the left hand company toolbar, click ‘Analytics’
Adjust the date for whichever week you’re tracking (Monday to the Sunday of the next week)
Facebook
Go to ‘Meta Business Suite’ for the NKY Career Center Facebook page
In the very left toolbar, click ‘Insights’
Under ‘Performance’ click ‘Reach’
Change the date in the top right hand corner to the week you’re tracking (Monday to the Sunday of the next week)
Instagram
After doing Facebook, go to the right hand corner, click the ‘Facebook’ dropdown menu, and click ‘Instagram’
KCC Website
Visitors:

‘Analytics’ in left-hand toolbar
‘Traffic’
Set date in right hand corner from the Monday of the week you’re tracking (for example, Feb. 10th) to the Sunday of the next week (Feb. 16th).
Use number for ‘Unique Visitors’ or ‘Visits’ depending on what you’re choosing to track. (Default is ‘Unique Visitors’)

Count the number of forms submitted by customers starting the Monday of the week you’re tracking to the Sunday of the next week.
