• Should someone come in to see and unemployment specialist, please inform them that as of a few months ago we no longer have specialist available. They can reach the unemployment office directly by calling 502-564-2900 Option 3, they are open from 9AM - 5PM.

  • All we can help with here as far as unemployment is to give guidance on filing a claim or requesting a payment. We are not allowed to type or tell them which answers to choose.
